2 fans side by side, 1 pusher 1 puller, engine side where our cooling fan is now.

You can't have two fans side by side, one pushing and one pulling. Remember the main cooling when the vehicle is moving is from the air being pushed into the front of the car by your forward momentum.

If your fan is in front of the radiator then it needs to push the air, same direction as being forced through from the car moving. If it is behind the radiator then it needs to pull.

As for the position of the AC radiator, every installation I have seen always has the AC in front of the cooling radiator. For the AC to work it needs to get as much cooling as possible in order to work efficiently. As this will make the normal radiator hotter, it is normally bigger in an AC fitted vehicle then in a non AC car.

If you're not worried about the AC working effectively, then reduce the weight, improve cooling and boost your power by pulling it out.

As for me, I'll keep my AC. Aussie summers are hot, the roads are dusty, so its nice when your back down the line of 4bs to be able to wind up the windows and turn on the AC.
