Woo Hoo!! Good my new head on with the help of a Mazda mechanic friend in an afternoon. Did the timing belt water pump ..... And it actually ran good for 2 days! Then it started making a horrible noise. The belts were wagging all over. On the way to my friends to fix this the AC belt slung off! The lower pulley was wobbling something fierce. Turns out the crank pulley is what is wobbling! Now its been 3 days of trying to get the crankshaft pulley bolt out!!!!!! Finally got comformation, I think, that it comes out counterclockwise! it only moves about 1/2 rotation then stops! I don't have an impact gun and can't drive to a shop, or drive anywhere for that matter! Y'all better tell me that all this work is worth it!!!!!
Penetrating oil, heat, breaker bar, starter bump nothing working an oh yeah when at my friends we tried an impact wrench to replace the timing belt. So even if I had one it don't work anyway. HELP!!!

Yea Buddy!!! Impact socket, 1 broken 1/2" breaker bar, 1 bent breaker bar and a 4 ft cheater bar and POW SNAP CLINK!!! I got the pulley off. Snapped the bolt off in the crankshaft. But I got the pulley off and it broke too.. So now I need a pulley and a bolt. The bolt seems soft enough to drill out but not tonight. Anyone have an idea about the whereabouts of a pulley?
I think I have gone past the point of no return and am required to follow through and keep my Trooper mobile!! And my wife seems to be on board!!

Update!! I got it done. Drilled out the bolt picked out the scraps. Spent another $40 on a M16 x 1.5 tap. Got the bolt from the Ford dealer, got the keyway from the Ford place and the harmonic balancer from an online store. And now my daily driver is up and driving again!!!!
Thanks to all who had suggestions and answers for me.
