I got it done. Drilled out the bolt picked out the scraps. Spent another $40 on a M16 x 1.5 tap. Got the bolt from the Ford dealer, got the keyway from the Ford place and the harmonic balancer from an online store.And now my daily driver is up and driving again!!!! Thanks to all who had suggestions and answers for me. 1988 Trooper II RED(is there any other color?) Purchased in 2008!
