Looks SWEET!!! What tubing did you use? How much does it weigh? Really like the light bar. Maybe you can start producing them for the guys here!! Keep us posted. Well the tubing is 1/2" EMT Conduit. I used 5 ten foot sticks at about 3 pounds each. A little bit of flat steel for the lights front and back. A cut off piece of expanded metal for the corners from the steel shop. So for total weight, I am guessing under 30 pounds as it sits now. I know my 6 year old weighs more than it does. I am 200 pounds and can stand in the middle of it with out any problems. Very Strong ![[Linked Image]](http://i578.photobucket.com/albums/ss227/ijag/09-05-10-01.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i578.photobucket.com/albums/ss227/ijag/09-05-10-04.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i578.photobucket.com/albums/ss227/ijag/09-05-10-03.jpg) Will have more to come.

I added new pictures as you may have noticed.
As for fitting on a Yakima Rack...I don't know what your Yakima looks like, but as long as you have the cross bars it can be made to fit.

How did you attach it to the stock roof rack rails and where did you route the wiring?

How did you attach it to the stock roof rack rails and where did you route the wiring? I almost answered that in my last post. Roof Rack is not stock. Had it put on last year. It goes from the front to back, which I believe is more than stock. Made it easy to mount. Attached with hose clamps and thck rubber hose. Will be adding 4 more clamps soon. As for wiring, I am thinking of going threw the back for now, as I will be removing it here and there. So yes....they are just for looks right now. Don't laugh to hard. ![[Linked Image]](http://i578.photobucket.com/albums/ss227/ijag/DSC_2079.jpg)

How did you run the light wiring? I'm trying to figure out the best way to get the power up on the roof... Everet
