Best: the Road Runner episode where it turns out that the RR owns the Acme company. "Exquisite Irony" blurt the critics...

Worst: any episode of Clutch Cargo or Space Angel, which were so cheaply made that the only animated things were eyes and lips, and the lips were "photoshopped" on there off films of people lips. The figure motion was cardboard cutouts on sticks like puppets. "Wooden Performances" moan the critics...

We agree on the road runner cartoons, I'd add Marvin the Martian though.

I think the worst cartoons out there ever were the Ren and Stimpy Show. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.

Road Runner is an all time favorite. Then there was Rocky and Bullwinkle, Mighty Mouse, Bugs Bunny, and Pink Panther.

While not "animated cartoon", there was an old series titled Flash Gordon that was a real cheesy production.

I was always a Bugs Bunny fan, and have downloaded a lot of them onto a disc for my 4 yr old nephew...he loves them.
In particular, "One Froggy Evening" with the singing dancing frog. Laughs for everyone.

On the opposite, I never quite got Beavis and Butthead.

Excuses are for losers.

I used to love Beavis and Butt-Head! Every year in the dorm we would have a big party and watch their christmas special just before finals ended and we went on break.

It was great on MTV. It really stinks on DVD though. They cut out all the scenes where they would make fun of music videos, and I thought that was some of the best stuff.

Then again, maybe it was funnier then because I used to drink a lot more in college than I do now, it's hard to say <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Most all the Looney Tunes stuff is real good. Some of it even has adult humor to maintain interest. A distant Warner Brothers spin off that I liked alot was Pinky & the Brain.
