You might want a second opinion. The bores might LOOK ok, but if you run a dial indicator up and down, I'll bet you find the bores egg-shaped, with more wear in the middle-to-bottom third of the bore..... which will likely call for an over-bore.

From what I can see in the pictures, the crankshaft journals should polish ok.
