I can never remember how to do a screen capture and put it in a web page, so I'll type it:


Frank if it's simply text you're trying to incorporate into a post, it's usually a lot easier to simply copy and paste the text directly into your post, using 'quote's as needed.

Otherwise, if you're using a Windows PC & it's an image (or a window of text for that matter) then follow this process...
1) With the window of text on screen, hit your [alt] + [prt scrn] keys together. This captures an image of what's on your screen.

2) Paste that image into an image file (via ms paint or some other image editor).

3) Save this image file as a jpg or gif (jpg is smaller).

4) Upload and save this image online.

5) Link to it using the Image link in the Instant UBB Code section when you enter a new post or manually type in the img codes when you enter your post.
