I replaced the two pulleys that tensions just below the alternator belt. They are brand new oem parts.
The PS pump belt doesn't have a pulley
The pulley that tensions the A/C pump belt felt really good so I didn't replace that one.
When I remove the the PS pump belt and A/C belt and just leave the alternator/fan belt I still get that noise so it's either the alternator ( it doesn't sound like it though ) or the viscous fan pulley or the brand new cambelt tensioner pulley.
My ear tells me it's the viscous fan pulley.
I'm waiting on a price from the dealer.

Take off the serpentine belt and see if you still get the noise - that will tell you if it's the alternator bearings. The fan bracket pulley bearing can and does fail, but it's difficult to determine which of those bearings is making noise.

When does it squeal? I have had a number of alternators that when under load cause a belt squeal. The alternator tests good but needs allot of power to make amps. This shows up most often just after start or when lights come on. In my experience the fan bracket will have a bearing grumble when bad, I would not expect a sqeal.

not really a squeel. more like a dry bearing type of sound. It is not load asociated.
Is it OK to run the engine without the alternator belt? If I can do that I can pinpoint it 100%

Yes, that engine can run all year long without accessory belts since the waterpump is driven by the cam belt.
A bearing sound sure can be the fan mount, My mighty Max has that noise too.

i was wondering about pulling the sparking load from the battery as opposed to the alternator bearing the grunt.

Just running the engine is not a large power load. The engine should run fine down to around 10 volts, below that the ECU is going out of calibration.
