The bumper looks really clean. Good work.
Are there any places on the bumper that can facilitate the use of a Hi-Lift Jack? Maybe the step on the side?

Thanks Hooch, I have not tested the side step yet. It is built out of 1/8" so should be plenty stout enough. The bumper on the rear could also be used to lift with the highlift on either side of the hitch. Once I have finish welded everything up I will test it and report back. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Nice job man! how thick of steel did you use on that and did you just brake it all or cut and weld each panel? either way it looks great, almost factory Its made out of 1/8" steel plate. The square tubing that was the foundation had 45 degree notches put in it so that we could bend it around and still get the nice radius bend under the tail lights. The panels ont he bottom are cut and welded and the one directly under the tail light is done with a break to get the nice round radius. The main mounts are 1/4" where the hitch reciever is and it mounts to the tow hitch points. Hope this helps Phil
