OK....I have tried to loosen these...they just seem to spin. I obviously am missing something that I shouldn't. How do you get these 6 (#10s) bolts off.

there are 6 nuts on the other side <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
They hold ABS ring on back side of rotor.

Yea, seriously, impact wrench. Prior to getting my impact wrench I tried to clamp the rotor in a vice with a couple pieces of wood to prevent scaring the rotor. That didn't work.

Ahh 95+. Use a puller to pull ABS ring off.

(holding my head down, and shaking). Why did Mits have to make this difficult. Any one wanting to buy an SR?

OK, my question is what kind of puller?

OK...

I was reading on the BMW forum. Someone recommended that the ABS ring be taken off by freezing the rotor (move over ribeye! Make room for Monty!)...and then heating it to expand the metal, and taking it off with a two prong jaw puller. is there anything else other than the two bolts holding down the abs ring>?

Any suggestions? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" />

Ok, let me rephrase the word spin. The Bolts will loosen, but they don't seem to be backing out even though they are turning.

hope that clarifies....

Use 2 jaw puller on opposing holes that don't have nuts/bolts underneath. You can also loosen it by hammering on a punch against one of those holes trying to twist that ring (it will). Don't hammer on teeth though. You could damage them and your ABS will quit. Then just pry it off.
