You need to verify that those holes which accept ABS ring mounting bolts are be going all the way through and meet with bolts used to attach driving flange on opposite side. Take two opposing bolts off and poke through. If it is so: twist ABS ring just enough to cover bolt holes then insert short 3/8 bar stock pins from opposite side, then tighten two flange bolts. It will push ABS ring off.
