Nope. Just pop the ball joint loose from the knuckle, remove the 4 bolts, and beat it free from the arm.

To pop the ball joint loose from the knuckle, get a 3 or 5 pound sledge hammer (gotta be a heavy one, not a regular framing hammer) and hit the very top of the knuckle where the ball joint goes through it. Should pop loose after a couple of GOOD hits.

Once you pop the ball joint loose from the knuckle, you need to push the upper arm up a little bit in order to free the joint. Might be able to do this by hand, if not put a bottle jack in between the upper and lower arm. Once its free, you can slide a block of wood in between the a-arm and the bump stop to keep it in place.
