I spoke to a company in Texas a while back. If I remember correctly it was West Texas Off Road. They said I could send them a Mitsu steering box and they'd rebuild it and tap it for around $450. Just to tap the box was less than half that.

Dannys correct. It's not possible to just 'tap into the lines'.

If you decide to tap your box please post the details. I've been tossing this around for the last 6-7 years. Be nice to drop to 8-9psi and still be able to turn the steering wheel at a stand still.
