Does anyone form the Calgary area want to meet for wings or a BBQ some time in the next few weeks? I was thinking of a weeknight since weekends people are off camping and what-not. We could even go for a Pajero cruise, although that much black smoke may cause some traffic problems. Toss up some posts with some ideas of times and places if you're interested and maybe we can get something aranged.

I think its high time, Maurie! Weeknights are fine. I have no more meetings left this year.

Hows 'bout the 17th? (Wednesday) Need a decent sized parking lot (hopefully). Too bad Nigel won't drag his sorry down here. But he'd get too much wind through his perforated windshield!

Maybe we'd even get Ed out from Strathmore? He'll be in exam week, so should be slack for him. Haven't seen Brewmaster in a long time, or Wanker, and there's lots more fellers around too.

I work until 7pm so after that I can make it. I will shine up the beast and make it look as good as possible since she has taken quite the beating over the last year.

Im a bit jealous. OK sounds good, wheres the meeting place then. I do know that the Darby Arms pub in Midnapore has delicious wings on Wednesday. I have also had good wings at Jamiesons in Sunridge and Cat and Fiddle. Darby and Jamiesons have big parking lots. Other sugestions?

Mine is going in the shop for some front end work. Should be done by Wednesday though.

Get her done Ed!

I'd prefer something closer to central (or even north!) if possible. Coming down from Airdrie and all... some of the guys in my club may show up as well, to get a look at your rigs.

Do you guys want a wings joint, or would you prefer a day-use area (Maurie's idea ) where we can bbq or something, and hang around outside...?
