Nigel, how did it go? Must've been pretty smooth, if you've got it done? Now howz about that little ventilation problem?

hahaha, the hole isn't right through.....I have the thin layer of saran wrap thats keeping the bugs out of my teeth. I am working on another purchase right now so the windshield is put on hold again haha. But yeah the timing belt was a piece of piss, having it be the second time around made it super easy. OEM belt looks much better quality than the contitech i had put on before....And Contitech is a pretty reputable brand....Hopefully now I don't have another unexpected break.

I'm going to try to make it too, but I may be on 2 wheels unless the Paj makes it off the lift.

And Mike gave me the fear of everything prone to breaking on Titans...he called me one day just to tell me that Fish Creek Nissan was changing a diff in a Titan that day. And I HATE paying for the gas. the highway gets great mileage, its just in town that eats it up. Also a half ton is too much truck for what I need.

I still have the truck...the guy who put an offer on is threatening to take me to court because I accepted his first offer which was too low, he wouldn't accept my counter offer of $600 more...so I called him back 2 days later and told him I thought about it alot and that price was not fair to me and I am standing firm on my original counter-offer. well he got all pissy saying we had a legal verbal agreement and blah blah blah a load of horse-S**T. He has forgotten that it's my truck and I can choose who I want to sell it to, I am not going to sell it to him only for the fact that he is a complete a**hole. I know the $600 doesn't seem like much on a new truck, but that $600 is a difference of me selling the truck for exactly what I owe on it, or having to make another payment.

you bought a truck... what did you think it ran on? If you want good millage I would recommend staying away from trucks... especially full sized ones... with V-8s... and Auto's
