I used WD-40 (liberally), which I've used for cutting oil for years. Is that not so good? I'm thinking it was a POS Harbor Freight die. Should I use a heavier weight oil for smaller dies? I've never had a problem with the pipe threader. For drilling even water will do in a pinch just to keep it cool.
