Adam F, it is definitely a scam. I contacted the seller for laughs and here is what I got.

The 2003 Toyota 4 runner is 100% working and looking very good, has 72,448 miles,no flaws or dents,
no scratches or any kind of damage,no flood or wrecked and it has a US clear title,
the interior looks great.(the SUV is located in Ephraim , Utah ready to be shipped).
This is a regretful sale but unfortunately i need money for some medical problems ,

About the shipping i can tell you that will be done through DAS Auto Shippers and it will take no more than 3 days.
The SUV will be insured at the shipping company for the transport

Now that I have his E-mail address, sign him up for some "spam", porn or just have a little bit of fun e-mailing him back and telling him that I am coming to Utah to pick it up and drive it back to Va. That should get a rise out of him. Guess I need to see where Ephraim , Utah actually is...if it exists. Off to do a search.
