Take a small block of steel that will fit in the lip on the outside of the pan and a small hammer and tap all of the bolt holes flat from the top of the pan. Throw the gasket away (they did not come with one from the factory) and go to Toyota and buy a tube of black FIPG and use that. The tube will run you 25-30 dollars but it is good stuff. Run about an 1/8 inch bead on all the mateing surfaces on the pan. Bolt up but do not overtighten the bolts, FSM call for 9 ft lbs.
