Keep the CJ2 -- the rest are pretty commonplace.
Or keeep them all, and have a serious discusssion with the wife about what it takes to keep the old man happy.

Did she specify you can only actually keep one, or you can only keep one at the house? If they are all paid for (which I assume they are), find a place to locate the other temporarily so she doesnÆt see them. Either a buddies place, or a storage unit, or something. What part of the country are you in?

I'd take the best parts from the CJ-7s,( best axles, suspension, 4.0l engine & trans, accessories etc. from the others, keeping the hard top for winter and soft top for summer, swap them into the best frame and body and sell the rest and use the money for a good paint job, new tires, etc!

Negotiate the quantity...
The CJ2 is a classic collectors items that deserves a showcase home.
The others are highly dependent on the transmission. While the 4.0l is specified, you are not clear if it is the 258 or a swapped in 4.0l.
Regardless, the 3-speed is a useless setup.
That leaves it a toss-up between the CJ5 w/5-speed or the CJ7 w/auto.
At least with the auto, you won't have the shift lever separate from the transmission are critical times....
