I'll be wrenching the Monteros in the month of July; I promised to have a running 4-door for my wife before she gets back from San Diego. If anyone wants to join me, tool getters are welcome.

Kris,

I'm go to pull three engines from various projects, including the reinstall of Molly's engine into Clyde, the most likely to work for Melinda.

Molly:

Clyde:

I'm going to pull the drivetrain from Bugsy (gangster theme) and return the trans/t-case to Clarence, as well as other little engine bay parts. Bonnie is my wife's other black 4-door in the breeze way, rear left of frame below. Bugsy is my planned 302V8 project:

In my free time, I'm going to try and finish up three parts cars and get them out of the driveway, making room for my 1-ton. I have a Blazer FS rear fuel tank and set of cross members to install eventually. The fuel tank will supply my 8KW generator and allow refueling the 'off road' Mitsu, as the tank is an ample 28-gallon unit. I have the gold 4-door I purchased last month. It has a water leak that may just be a water tube O-ring (hope, hope)!! Jon will come get his trailer, sometime this summer, and I'll give him a 6-pak of something...

Then we'll probably buy a house and I'll have to move everything. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

So, what are you doing after lunch???

My jeep being rebuilt after a back flip. Two days to remove and replace the front grill and I still have a couple hours of wiring to fix. The hood is easy. The windshield frame is going to be a challenge to get the wiper arms from the bent one and moved to the new one.

Then come the new fenders....

I am working on getting the first production run of Poison Spider's new model of tube fenders.

Perhaps by late July it will be ready...

I'm still over by 50, but only because I'm a packrat. I'll get it cleaned out. Thanks for asking!
