I like the center of spare backup light. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

I've been considering doing the same thing for some time now, but with a brake light instead. On the 2-door, the spare tire is actually mounted on the tailgate, which opens to the side. There is a big plastic riser for the third brakelight so that it sits over top of the spare. I had to put spacers under the riser to make it clear the bigger spare, and it would be nice to eliminate it and regain a little more view out the back.
