Recently I've been involved in some engine research dealing with modeling and tuning of various engines for use in various applications (mostly motorcycle engines). In the process its been rather interesting to see how much the engines can be improved, both performance and fuel economy by knowing some performance data about the engine. I've been trying to find some data on the stock 22rec engine but haven't found much.
Anyone have any performance maps or dyno data? Specificially I'm trying to find data on fuel consumption vs bmep (brake mean effective pressure), torque vs bmep, and torque vs rpm. I'm mainly interested to find this data to see where my truck is operating compared to how efficient it could be (fuel usage wise).
