LOL Jim, I retook my CHL test a few weeks ago also. What was funny, was the instructor told us they don't like to see us score a perfect 250, as they are worried about a defense lawyer trying to turn it around on us in court. Of course, I questioned his thoughts on the matter and told him that, based on that line of thinking and having qualified expert for the last 24 years in the military, I was pretty much screwed then.

So being the instigator that I am, I qualified with a 249 score, by putting all but one round in the center of mass and one off to the upper left for a 4 pointer. The instructor called me a smart a$$ for my efforts; it's a good thing I don't get my feelings hurt easily.
