I bought some UHMWPE rods and will cut them in 3" pieces and drill the hole in the center. Do I need that concave shape on top and convex on the bottom of the blocks (just like 4crawler does)? I'm not sure of how to shape them that way.
I'm having a hard time finding the extension bolts. I found some 14 mm coupling nuts and studs, but the pitch is always 2.0. I think I'll have to go to a machine shop to have them fabricated. Where did you guys get yours?
