My truck is nearing the 200k mark, so I took it for a t-bel change, and also looked at some other things that needed attention. Here's what I did:

- Replaced timing belts, tensioners and oil seals.
- Replaced fuel filter.
- Oil and filter change.
- Replaced transmission mount, was not completely blown, but would be soon.
- Replaced trailing arm bushings, which were blown, see pic below.
- Replaced temp sensor, which was reporting wrong temps.
- Straightened the cross member on which the transmission sits, as it was bent, pushing the transmission like 1cm upwards, also was rubbing one of the torsion bars.
- Also, not so long ago I changed the transfer, transmission and differential oils. Alternator and radiator are less than 6 months old.

The trailing arms bushing were very, very tight. The guy that operates the hydraulic press had a hard time taking them out, but took him much more effort to put in the new ones. He said the day before he changed the bushings of a Nissan Patrol, and those were piece of cake, but these made him sweat it!

Here are some (very bad) pictures of the blown bushings:

Still pending:

- Check/adjust valve clearance.
- Check front suspension/steering components for play.
- Tire balancing and steering alignment.
- Check rear brakes, adjustment of proportioning valve.
