Also you'll find that the majority if not all the gen 1 V6 to have 4.62 in the diff. Mitsu went to the 4.88's in 92 probably due to the added weight of the gen 2 (my best guess)while keeping the same 3.0 engine. Once the 3.5 and 3.0 24V were introduced they went back to 4.62 in the diffs.
