I am looking to pick up a set of sway-away Torsion Bars bars but they don't list any thing later than 94

This is the size they list

They also have this
Mitsubishi Pickup 4WD 1990-1997 26mm 53 13/16ö 1736

I just need to know what size are on a gen2.5

92 Galant vr4 11.17at132mph
98 Montero 2.5"lift,33/10.50/15,15x8procomp wheels.
trail-gear rock sliders,ARB front bumper,Warn m8000 winch. Piaa lights.

I thought Gen1 and Gen2 torsion bars were different lengths. Didn't GrassCat try to install Gen2 bars and they wouldn't fit. May be wrong

'97 Montero 'LSR' - 4.6 gears & factory rear locker, 33" Procomp muds on 15x8 steelies, 50mm coil spacers, T-bar crank, Airlift, sans rear sway, 50mm rear frame & fuel tank lift, Aisins, ARB front bumper + 10k lb winch, 50mm DIY body lift, rock sliders, cut rear quarter panels...

I know there were some made for our trucks, but they have been discontinued for many years now. Someone will know, but i cant recall the length myself. Any numbers to sway a way? Ever checked into Iron man torsion bars?

In that case listing the same t-bars for 1990-1994 is BS

Yes you can get J/Y T bars but they are not the super duper improved aftermarket Sway-Aways..

Also I belive there was a running change in the lenghth of the bars in the Gen 2's which is why they're listed as goin up to 94 in the Sway Away catalog. I know there is a member here with early gen 2 bars in his Gen 1 LWB. I think it was Sparkem.

You are right, but, the bars I was trying to install were from a 1996 SR.

Here's the post Gen II to Gen I swap update.

I have not tried the non SR swap yet, need to find a set and do some measuring.
