IIRC there's a 94-96 montero at one of the local Pick & Pull salvage yard... at least there was a couple of months ago.
Maybe Kris (aka ghostraider) can chime in on if it's still there. If so it should be relatively cheap to get that part from them.

If you can't find used, Rockauto.com sells them for $26 each. BECK/ARNLEY Part # 1014901 BECK/ARNLEY Part # 1014902
The also have some cheaper ones but not all have pictures so it's hard to tell if they're the complete links or just the rubber bushings.
