is this something that i would care about for my 1989 Raider?

Went to a Flea market Today and saw this. Guy wants $500 and included some cartridges but not for my year.

The seller says he got it from a mechanic friend's (who had died) wife. Does not know if it works or what vehicles it would apply.

All the cartridges were for like 93 to 95 ?

seemed sort of pricey ?
