Next time you see the error, I need to know day and time AND, what is displayed in the browser window where you enter the URL.

And, which page are you seeing the error?

Specifically, I am looking for some link as to why the error will show when trying to access the portal (www.4x4wire.com) and not other sections of the site.

And, I have narrowed the error to an attempt to login on the portal and it shifting to an ssl session.

Don't know why and can't find anything in the configuration. However, it is a potential bug in the software.

It is frustrating...
