Getting the Wheeling Fever

OK, I did some more looking and some more reading, and I think it may be the front crankshaft oil seal, or the pump itself. I will have to pull the timing cover etc to see for sure, but does anyone know how tough it is to replace that seal, and do I need any special tools?

91 SR5 Xtra Cab, 298000km, 4" lift, 56" rear springs, 33-12.5R15 BFG Mud-Terran T/A KM2.....and an '85 axle still waiting to go in.
