It was a long process getting it this far(lots of grinding). I have to bug one of my friends to sell me a length of 1.75 DOM so I can finish. Thinking of running a piece around the headlights,too, kind of like an ARB. Removed a little of the body to keep the new bumper tucked in as much as possible. Same 4x4x1/8 i used for the front, got it free, some 1.75x.120 dom, and receiver tube from harbor freight Plated the ends with 11ga. This took some beating to get into shape.
