Something is wrong. Lack of "due process". In Ohio you cant work traffic violations in an unmarked car. Must be uniformed officer and marked car. I never encounter either. Gonna have to ask cop friends and lawyers about this one.

We have a new ticket system in our town. We don't have meters but two hour parking. The little meter maid golf car has a GPS and camera system to read your tag. They drive around and when the light goes off they know the car has been there for over two hours. My wife is parked, leaves for about two hours and parks back near the same spot. She gets a ticket but has a receipt from a store and a school teacher as witness. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" /> She fought it and won but what a hassle.
