Apart from what looks like a reasonable amount of effort that went into the assembly of that "hitch", I'd almost have to think that is a joke. It looks like it wouldn't be able to turn at all, that the roof of the Blazer would hit the camper.

Don't know. Would have loved to see it in person, though.
