Lets be sure we understand this. I don't live there year around. I share a family house, and try to spend as much time there as possible, but it is 3500 miles away. So, I use my Montero there only about one month every year. However, my daughter and two grandsons do live there, so she has the use of the Montero for 11 months when I'm not there.
