Since the rebuild on my 3.0 v6 I have had a small issue that I have been trying to solve but to no avail it still exists. Since the rebuild more than 4k miles ago I have had problems with the engine starting right up. First thing in the morning and right after it has been running for a while it will start right up no problems, and very well at that first turn of the key. But after driving it for say 15-20 min then letting it sit for an equal amount of time, it has a hard problem starting. I turn the key once let it turn over, nothing, do it again nothing, third time kicks right over little flooded smell but nothing big. This has been happening since day one. I have checked the plugs, clean with little carbon or with little white. Shifted from bosch platinum, back to the stock NGK down graded the wires to the OEM ones. Replaced the fuel filter and pump all lines and fittings good. Vacuum good. Running out of ideas. Has any body ever had this happen to them or am I the only one. I also think the fuel mileage isnÆt as good IÆm getting like 240 miles or less out of a tank. Is this normal? Everything else checks out good. Brought it to my local mechanic and he couldnÆt figure it out. Any Info would be great IÆm just trying to get this resolved. Thanks Chris
