I'll be busy like a bee for the next couple of weeks before the trip. Queen or worker? I'm not touching that one... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Ty: The more the merrier so long as everyone's civil and doesn't get stupid.
What time are you arriving Sat?
I'll need each vehicle driver's first name, rig type, and cell no just in case.
All: COMMUNICATION GEAR (Comms): We will have a full group on this trip with so many rigs. That said we will likely be stretched out a bit so having comm's (CB or FRS/GMRS) is critical. If you don't have it and 'accidentally' get lost, it's your butt on the line but the rest of us will have to search for you so YOU MUST BRING COMMS. Please reply and let me know what form of communication you'll be bringing.
PARK USE PERMIT FEE: Because we have such a large group we will be required to submit a use permit along with a $50 processing fee. I'll be pay the $50 up front & will collect the appropriate amount from each driver.
TRIP FLYER: Last but not least I'll be sending everyone a flier containing a general map of the trail, the general gps coordinates and a list of attendees their rigs and their phone numbers just before the trip so you can print it for reference.
The flier will be a simple jpg image just like always. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Too bad you can't make it Les. Would have been good to get both your and Micheal's insights during the trip.
AS for the offer, that's mighty kind of you Les. Perhaps I'll take you up on the Spot although I do have one too and have just been too cheap to pay for the annual subscription. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Ray, it's the best $108 you will ever spend. $100 for the service and $8 for 100K worth of search and rescue insurance. Considering the size of the group and lack of any help or cell service for 100 miles. Just charge everyone a extra $10 on the trip to offset the cost.
Anything can happen out there, rattlers will still be active, there was one in our campsite on the last trip.
Anyways your welcome to mine but I have to get it to you.

OK, just submitted the "use permit" since we have over 7 vehicles/15 participants.
As I've already alluded to it cost me $50 to do that so I'll be collecting $3 from each of you on the trip or maybe you can all chip in to fill my tanks in Barstow on Monday. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
