their were a few pictures of the bald eagle and the white cats. Cats were fine, so I am guessing its probably a fed eagle or juvenile.

Not a juvi eagle. They grow their full plumage as seen in about 4-5 years.

White cats....hmmmm....looks like a snowshoe hare with a funny tail and ears.
