I've had both a 2 and 4 door and wheel everything from hard core to easy trails.

Personally I prefer the 4 door because I can put everything into it for either a short or long trip plus when I get to camp, all I need to do is remove everything above my (upcoming) sleeping platform and imediately crash w/out having to set up a tent and I'm much safer from the local wildlife LOL.
