I have a 2001 kia sportage 4wd, and I do all my own work. Bombardji and Everet have been helpful, so any help from anyone will help me out. I am changing all 3 belts on the suv and i got the the powersteering belt, and was able to loosen it, but can't get it off or even retighten it. I got the other 2 off with the tension screw/nut and now I have this all apart, and if I can't change it, I need to at least get it tighten. Does anyone have any ideas? Any quick easy fix to this (other then just taking it off & dealing with it)? The other belts were easy but this one, no matter what angle I can't get it off, let alone tighten it, so even if I get it off and new one on, how do I tighten it back up.......Help I need this tomorrow for work and it's all ripped apart.....
I have changed the headgasket, sensors, thermostat but myself and really can't afford to take this in.
