I'm lazy, I don't remove anything extra. I just loosen the bottom power steering bolt, REMOVE the top power steering bolt, pull the power steering pump as far away as it will go, and then force the belt out between the power steering pulley and the bracket. It's a tight squeeze but it will fit.

Then when I replace it, I use the Duralast belt Autozone sells that has notches in it, and the notches make it easier to squeeze the belt through the gap between the pulley and the bracket.
