We've both worked out what works best for our Jeeps. Neither of us air down, or need to. Mine in normal 4x4 is fine, hers is better off in low range - It can overheat her tranny too easily in straight 4x4. Neither of us has gotten stuck or had an issue the way we're using them now. Knock on wood - the day I don't take mine I'll be walking back to get it to pull her out! But not yet. As an aside, we had a new tire mounted tonight, and it looks like her oil pan has taken a beating from the axle - guess she's got it articulating pretty well in Uwharrie! My new BFG KM2's are in - EXCELLENT. I am looking forward to playing with them! I'll get them on Thursday. Old meats paying for the mount and blance - considering they've only got side lugs left, not bad.
