Those are good pics, just no kickdown. I also saw the issue with the kickdown and see what you meant abou the zip tie. I ended up doing the same thing with some fencing wire. If you max out the bracket adjustment for the kickdown it will bolt on, but it's pulled out a little even at idle so the shifts are late.

The throttle hooked up with the bracket in the kit without any modifications. I was able to make my own choke arm out of a fencing tie. It's rigid enough to hold it's shape yet easy enough to bend into the shape you need. This keeps the choke function working and I also cut off the harness from the mikuni and used the original choke wire for the weber. I have some adjusting to do and I had some issues with the FPR I bought.

Is it just me or is the weber louder as far as sucking in air?
