Cut out the rot, treat the rest of the frame and weld in steel plates to fix where the rot was is about all you can do.

Or get a a better frame. Cant swap in a older SFA truck frame vs a newer 1992 truck frame-different frames. Can swap in a truck 89-95 (non tacoma) frame tho.

1996 T100, Mickey Thomson Classics, Bridgestone Dueler AT 265/75/16, custom offroad KC's.
