the cool thing about owning a rare car is that someone else thinks its cool too.

Not sure what you are referring to as the "Moab Road" <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Lots of off roading in Moab!! All levels of difficulty too.

Mohave Road is a road. It goes East/West in Ca from the Colorado River to Afton. It's a good 3 day trip. Lots of history and scenic. No challenging 4 wheeling though.

Both Moab and the Mohave Road are fun in their own ways.

edit> Mohave and Mojave are both correct spelling depending on where you are at. I don't remember if the "Road" has a "proper" spelling.

SWEET! i cant wait to leave. ive been doing work on the trooper all week. im replacing the timing belt, water pump, front crank seal and oil pump seal. its on its way back together so im feeling good. by the way, how much of a problem do you thing the isuzu head problem will be if i drive easy and dont let it over heat? that would be a big trip slow down.

is it normal for the oil pressure to drop to 40 psi at a 900rmp idle? thanks.

Roll Me Over
Mine drops much lower than that at idle, but it's a different motor too. Even so, that doesn't sound low at all.
