Clearwater makes the one I put in my Mitsubishi 2.6L Raider a couple of years ago. I worked like a champ!

I put an AMC head in the Trooper when I rebuilt the engine 4 years ago. It works great, as well, and I'll post a link to the site if I can find it again.

EDIT: After doing a search for "AMC" in the Isuzu Tech section with a time frame of 5 years, I came up with this... AMC Retailer. The AMC link on their site is dead, so I'd give them a call!
