Need a Spot
Anyone know if the emblem for the rear door latch cover is available? I'm re-badging my Montero to a Raider identity.
Thanks!!

seems like lots of folks put mitsu badges - including pajero and shogun - on their raiders. you're move over to 'dodge' badging seems sorta unique to me. u might just offer a 'swap.'

I have found people trying to figure out what it is, and where it came from. I've got toyota rims on mine, and covered the emblem on the back two with some Pep Boys Rams heads. Just adding to their confusion. I love that little thing.

same here. the little raiders are loved by all, it seems. i've got a porsche 944 that i've owned since 1990 that i'm thinking about sticking a chevy ls1 into. that 'might' elicit some comments (maybe the rumble?) - hey, i'm an old corvette guy - and it'll definitely get negative responses from the porsche purists, but it won't show on the outside as it'll appear box stock. i spend a LOT of time talking about the raider to virtual strangers. they love this thing. even jeep owners. i can't figure that out at all... jack b :-)

Heck, the Porsch-ah purists don't like the 944 anyway. Motor is in the wrong end...

There are six badges you'll need for a relabel.

1. Grille flash
2. Raider fender (2 each)
3. Ram 50 fender (2 each)
4. Rear door

The grille emblem is the most delicate after all these years. There is a small difference in the font and kerning in the rear door emblem: 87 is different than the 88/89 models. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I have a set from an 87 if needed, PM me.

My Raider doesn't really have an "emblem" on the back. It has "Imported for Dodge" painted on the rear door latch cover.

Don't forget the steering wheel.

The center emblem in a Montero has the Mitsubishi Diamond.
The center emblem in a Raider has nothing.
