Checked on the Kia website last night and they had a match with the cash for clunkers on the Spectra EX. So if I bought one and traded in my clunker they would have given me $9000 off on it. Went to the local Kia dealer this morning and they knew absolutely nothing about it and also said they would not take in a clunker unless everything was perfect (what ever that means).
