the lower ball joint does not have to be removed at all even tho in top photo the nut is gone.
second photo was all that was left
3 pic was the place the new one will go the next is bearing started and so on the last is a socket i used as my install tool, it worked thats all that matters just dont hit it real hard.
oooo almost forgot if its lifted you will have to raise and lower the control arm to get shaft out, lower to get the end by the spindle out and lift it up so the top will come out from diff i left mine hang there in the strut fork didnt want to take that apart again gives you plenty of room to service the needle bearing <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />
