I pick 95" sr with 200k that smokes all the time. Is it the valve stem seals? If so, dose any one know how much a shop would charge to change them or should I just get the head's rebuilt.

White smoke = coolant. Blue-ish smoke = oil.
Does the smoke smell sweet, like coolant? Bluish smoke would lead me to start with the valve stem seals, yes. Coolant smoke would have me looking farther internal.

does it smoke pretty much right away? does it burn constantly? or only when your at a light and hit the gas? if your losing coolant thats a headgasket. If your burning oil, its either valve seals or possibly bad rings.

Worse after prolonged idle?
Looks bluish to me, like oil. I vote valve stem seals.
Not responsible for advice not taken...

From my experience 200k is about the time the headgaskets go. Hope you enjoy replaing them on a 6g74 DOHC I know I sure have  Watch out tho it might drive you to ing

It's hard to tell from the pictures, isn't it? Could use the smell test, plus the above advice about losing coolant. Is the oil staying clean, or is it getting chocolaty-milk-looking?
I'd sure hope it's valve stem seals.
Still, I don't know how much a shop would charge to replace them, sorry.

If your coolent is clean and your not losing any. As well as your oil being clean, I would take a shot at saying its either valve stem seals (easy replacement if your mechanically inclined) OR bad rings on a cylinder. Check for fouling plugs. I notice most valves seals that go bad are on the exhaust side so you don't really foul out plugs. But if your fouling a plug it could be a bad ring.
